Carolina Baby must follow the strict health laws that are in place here in the United States.

Any  item you purchased can be returned within 3 days after receiving it, if  you  return the product in the same exact condition it was sent.  Any returned item shipped  to Carolina Baby that has been opened, or tampered with, will not be returned unless the customer agrees to pay return shipping charges in advance and it has been agreed upon by Medela or Carolina Baby.
Each breastpump is in a tamper resistant package and it must be returned with the packaging unopened so it will remain sterile.
You may return a breastpump later than 3 days ( plus time in shipping) if you call and get a return authorization.  There is a 25% restocking fee if you wait later than 3 days  to return it, because we have to pay a restocking fee as well to Medela when we return the item to them.  Return shipping is always paid by the customer.
